Oriented Strand Board is a widely used, versatile structural wood panel. Manufactured from waterproof heat-cured adhesives and rectangularly shaped wood strands that are arranged in cross-oriented layers, OSB is an engineered wood panel that shares many of the strength and performance characteristics of plywood. OSB's combination of wood and adhesives creates a strong, dimensionally stable panel that resists deflection, delamination, and warping; likewise, panels resist racking and shape distortion when subjected to demanding wind and seismic conditions. Relative to their strength, OSB panels are light in weight and easy to handle and install.

1.Made of aldehyde-free MDI glue, environmental performance comparable to natural logs;
2.Static flexural strength up ≥20mpa, with good seismic capacity;
3.Continuous hot pressing molding, high internal binding degree, with super grip force;
4.The production of water insoluble aldehyde free MDI adhesive has excellent moisture resistance;
5.Small thermal conductivity, help to adjust indoor temperature and humidity;

1) Inner packing: Inside pallet is wrapped with a 0.20mm plastic bag. 
2) Outer packing: Pallets are covered with 2mm package plywood or carton and then steel tapes for strengthening.

OSB is extensively used for wall sheathing, floor underlayment, roof cover and I-joist in both commercial and residential building. OSB also is used in furniture, reels, trailer liners and recreational vehicle floors.
