Recently, the Zhongnan Shenjian team revisited the construction site of the Thaihua Electronics Project to gain firsthand insights into the on-site performance of their concrete formwork for building. Tower cranes rose high above the bustling construction site, where the neatly laid formwork panels shimmered under the sunlight, reflecting the project’s efficiency and orderly progress. As one of the project's core building materials, Zhongnan Shenjian’s formwork is extensively used in structural concrete pouring, offering strong support with its high strength and superior flatness.
According to feedback from the site, the concrete formwork for building demonstrate excellent surface smoothness and tightly sealed joints, resulting in outstanding concrete finish quality. The removal process is smooth, with no sticking or peeling, significantly improving construction efficiency and quality. Made from full eucalyptus core veneers and bonded with high-strength phenolic resin through hot pressing, the formwork is highly waterproof and wear-resistant—maintaining excellent performance even in Thailand's hot and humid climate—earning unanimous approval from the construction team.
